RODI C510 and 51 Conductivity Sensors are small, durable and cost effective.
Small size for convenient installation and service. O-ring seals for high on-stream reliability. Plastic gland fitting allows removal and replacement without tools.
Wetted materials of construction are 316 stainless steel and Teflon, with double a-ring seals at all points. The outer EPR O-ring bears the brunt of process interface, allowing the back a-ring to maintain reliable sealing free from chemical attack.
An integral temperature element allows automatic compensation for maximum accuracy.
Standard lead length is 10 feet. Longer leads are available and are attached to the sensor with a water-tight connector.
Process connections are made via a bored-through swage fitting with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT threads. This fitting can be screwed into a line or tank, and also can be turned around and connected to a standpipe for submersion configurations.
The CS51 is good for general purpose use, while the CS10 is primarily for use in pure water streams with low conductance.
