Fill out our CONTACT FORM or CALL RODI NOW so that we may provide you a price quote. Our experienced staff will be happy to assist you and answer your questions.

All customers must submit a purchase order via email or fax to (505) 334-5867.
Minimum order amount is $300.00.

4.

Payment and Payment Terms.
RODI may offer prepayment or net 30 terms depending on several factors.

a.

Prepayment is required if:

1. You have never purchased from RODI before OR
2. You have not purchased from RODI within the last 1 year OR
   
3. Your account is not in good standing OR
4. You are an international customer.

RODI may offer NET 30 payment terms if:

1. You have purchased from us within the last 12 months AND
   
2. Your account is in good standing AND
   
3. You are a domestic customer.

Acceptable payment types:

1. INTERNATIONAL customers must prepay via wire transfer. RODI will provide the instructions at the time of your order.
2. DOMESTIC customers shipping to a domestic address may pay via MasterCard, Visa, or check. Terms are reviewed on each order.

Once we have your order and payment/processing done, we will give you an estimated delivery date. We will always do our best to meet your delivery needs. However, we cannot guarantee a delivery date unless specified in writing and certain items may require a 6 - 10 week lead time.

Your order will ship via UPS or Federal Express. Use your own shipping account (on domestic shipments only) OR we can prepay and add it to your order cost.  NOTE:  DHL does NOT service our area.

* For International Shipping, please note that if you do not have a UPS or Federal Express shipper number, YOU will need to make arrangements through a freight forwarder.
