Project Spotlight: CemPure™ Flex

​RODI Systems has recently completed an order for one of its CemPure™ Flex submerged, flat plate ceramic microfiltration systems. 

The CemPure™ Flex utilizes “outside-in” flat sheet silicon carbide ceramic membrane from Cembrane and is designed to be easily retrofittable into existing water treatment systems. ​

The CemPure™ Flex is comprised of a submersible membrane unit that is lowered into the customer’s existing tank. The submersible unit is connected via hose and electrical cables to a separate equipment skid housing the pumps, blower, and controls.

​The recently completed unit will be installed in a major Napa Valley winery to provide tertiary (0.1 micron) filtration to a conventional biological wastewater treatment plant.
