RODI Systems has recently completed an order for one of its CemPure™ Flex submerged, flat plate ceramic microfiltration systems.
The CemPure™ Flex utilizes “outside-in” flat sheet silicon carbide ceramic membrane from Cembrane and is designed to be easily retrofittable into existing water treatment systems.

Twenty-five years ago RODI Systems delivered its first seawater desalination system to its very first
customer, SeaWorld of Florida in Orlando. The 20,000 gpd system was part of the Shamu Stadium life
support system and was used to control the salinity of the seawater in the killer whale habitat. Since
then, RODI has supplied SeaWorld with five additional systems and we also refurbished two systems
that had been previously supplied by other vendors. RODI continues to provide service to SeaWorld
after all these years along with the multitude of other customers we have gained worldwide over the
last twenty-five years.
RODI Systems Corp. is proud to now offer some of B&C Electronics’ newest products, the MC 6587 and MC 7687 multi-channel controllers. These microprocessor-based units can monitor and control multiple parameters including turbidity, suspended solids, and dissolved oxygen, among others.
RODI Systems’ PureBox™ DLX portable desalination systems are built inside intermodal dry cargo shipping containers that have been specifically modified for water treatment applications. These fully self-contained, fully functional desalination systems can be delivered to a site and put into operation with a minimum of site preparation, making this system a cost-effective way to produce pure water from seawater.

Recently, Thomas and the Internal Trade Administration shared an article highlighting how RODI Systems has become a worldwide provider of desalination and containerized water treatment systems, working to bring clean water technology to regions all over the world.
RODI Systems now offers a lab-scale test unit for the Cembrane silicon carbide ceramic membrane (www.cembrane.com). The lab-scale unit makes it possible to do preliminary testing on small sample volumes. It is particularly useful for determining filtrate quality without conducting larger scale pilot testing.
